Kimmy was sad and didn't understand why.
Alone she ate and alone she cried.
Kimmy missed Jimmy as she stared at the sky.
In a dream she saw Jim as a glimmer of light.
Her friend was alive as a star in the night.
She knew he was there as this beautiful sight.
She knew in her heart that it was alright.
Kimmy grew old and eventually died.
She joined her friend Jim and again she cried.
Together they played and she understood why.
Being friends in their hearts made them stars in the sky.
