Shipping Rates & FAQs

Shipping Timing

Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to ship if it is stock.  If an item is out of stock, for example a canvas print, please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time.  

Packaging

Our unframed prints are packaged in a cardboard backing, artist bio and protective cello sleeve.  Unframed prints are shipped in a sturdy and cardboard mailer via Priority USPS mail.

We want you to be a 100% satisfied.  If for any reason, there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make things right at nettie@nettieprice.com

Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products within 28 days of purchase. However, we can only accept items that are unopened so they retain their condition.  

Damage

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 7 days so we can get a replacement out to you super quick! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to further improve our packaging or for insurance claim.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange products should you be unhappy with your purchase.  Please contact nettie@nettieprice.com  with questions or concerns.

 

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy something from your site?

No you don't need to have a PayPal account, but it might be quicker for you to shop if you do (you don't have to fill in your details every time you purchase). If you don't have a PayPal account though, you can still purchase using Visa Debit/Credit or Mastercard, no problems.

 

Can we only contact you by email?

Email is the most efficient way to contact us due to our working patterns, either by using the contact form found on the right hand side of all of our About pages, or by email at nettie@nettieprice.com .   If you would like to speak to someone directly, please call 484-529-0733 Monday through Friday, 9am - 8pm, EST.
